Block well pattern has great effect on block ultimate recovery. Over the years, inversed nine point pattern is generally used in Daqing oilfield, few oilfields have some differences in water injection methods due to situations such as development of layers or fractures. At the same time, as more and more reserves are exploited in Songfangtun oilfield, the left untapped reserves are less and less by year, which makes scheme preparation and adjustment more difficult.So, new technique should be applied to overcome the situation. Nowadays, the development trend of numerical simulation is multidisciplinary collaboration and integration of reservoir detailed geological description and numerical simulation. As there is data interface between Petrel geology modeling software and Eclipse numerical simulation software, the integration can be realized.Petrel software and Eclipse software are used to predict the development indexes of current well pattern, and to analyze the left oil distribution of the current well patterns and whether the current well patterns fit for the current geology situation; digital simulation is used to predict and analyze the effect of well spacing and water injection methods of vertical well pattern on development effect and left oil distribution, and at the same time it is also used to predict by layer and by sand body the effect on recovery of different water injection methods with the same well spacing and different well spacing with the same water injection methods.Through research on optimization of typical blocks of Songfangtun oilfield and of appropriate well pattern arrangement, the results below are got:1. The use of facies-controlled modeling technology raises accuracy of history matching.2. Adaptability of the current well pattern of Fang17 Block is evaluated, combined with economic appraise, diagonal encryption is viewed to has good effect.3. Adaptability of the current well pattern of Zhao405 Block is evaluated, the current one is considered good.4. Compared with five point pattern, formation pressure of production wells in inversed nine point pattern is low, so the injection-production ratio of inversed nine point pattern should be moderately raised.5. The proper encryption time of Fang17 Block is when the water content is 60%, and proper encryption limits with different oil prices are brought forward.6. The relation formula considering effective drive coefficient of recovery and well spacing is put forward, and proper well spacing and limit well spacing with different oil prices are given.7. According to numerical results, the reasonable fracturing time is right after two years of production.
