In the thesis, nano-ZnO/mica composites was prepared by ion exchange method. With the nano-ZnO/mica composites degradation of methyl orange under the UV light. COD and UV-Vis spectrophotometer were used as analysis methods in the experiments.This paper firstly uses zinc sulfate solution (0.5 mol/L) and after of preconditioned mica ghiordes pulp, then grout slowly add strongly basity anion exchange resin (201 x 7,200 mL), in 60℃water-bath pot thermostatic mixing 3 hours, at last got nanometer ZnO/mica composite materials. When other conditions weren't changed, the mass ratio of mica and ZnO were respectively changed. It was confirmed that 3:8 is the best mass ratio.As-prepared nano-ZnO was characterized. SEM showed that coated with nano-ZnO; XRD showed that the product has good crystallization property; UV-Vis property showed that the composites has more strong ultraviolet absorption than nano- ZnO. In addition, during the preparation of nanometer ZnO,found composites have better retrogradation, and other solid load composites compared to this experiment system of composite material for suspension type, has better dispersion and light, transmittance.Use nanometer ZnO/mica composite photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange solution, catalytic process using deionized water (conductance 1μs/cm, hardness is 0) and Wells (conductance 360μs/cm, hardness is 26.88°) to configure the methyl orange respectively by contrast knowable catalyst solution, photocatalytic degradation two samples were determined.The decolored rate are 100% and 83%.After the literatures get water inorganic ions have certain effect on light catalytic systemst, therefore this experiment with wells water, consider configuration simulation inorganic ions into the water optical catalytic effect, makes experiment more practical significance.By photocatalytic degradation methyl orange, nanometer ZnO/ mica composite losing activity. This catalyst regeneration method, using zinc type resin and strong acid anion exchange resin, because zinc type resin can reduce light catalysts in the regeneration process of losses, and even generated new ZnO.This method also can resuscitate nano- ZnO/mica composites many times. In the experiment, nano- ZnO/mica composites photocatalyzed methyl-orange one time was resuscitated, in 4 regeneration process, ZnO per gram of COD removed the absolute volume of 0.8 grams.
