Gas phases combustion synthesis of nano-silica particles possess very small size,the huge surface area,high purity,linked into a network and the tendency, which made it have the function of reinforced, thickening, thixotropic, emulsion, extinction, such as the role of anti-skid. In addition to act the reinforcement of the rubber, it has been applied to lots of industrial areas such as plastics, paint, coatings, adhesives, inks, cosmetics, toothpaste, lubricants and so on, and it is a very important chemical raw materials. With the rapid development of high-tech products such as omicro-electronics, special catalyst, high-grade automotive paints, fine ceramics and so on, the market of nano-particles of silica has expanded graduallyThe burning reactor which is the key facility of preparation Nanosilica, directly determines quality of silica by its stand or fall. The paper did the numerical simulation of burner flow field adopting CFD commercial software Fluent, by researching that combustion of the work conditions and combustion chamber's shape and structure effects temperature and distribution of the flow field, got the following major conclusions:(1)Got the results suitable for practicality when simulate the laboratory conditions.(2)It is in favor of the homogeneity of grain' residence time that changing the combustion chamber shape, discovered the circumfluence in combustion chamber is the least when Included angle is 135°.(3) Got that the ideal diameter ratio is 1:5 by considering two aspects which is changing the diameter ratio of combustion chamber and nozzle, and indoor flow field and temperature field.(4) From considering temperature, the main factor of affecting temperature is the ratio of air and H2, got that the ideal temperature when ratio of oxygen and hydrogen is 0.9,The paper also qualitatively discussed that the form of the combustion flame affects temperature field and concentration field, compared with the diffusion flame, premixed flame can provide more uniform temperature field and concentration field. Analyzed and analog calculated single-hole jet aerodynamic characteristics by taking advantage of Beer's and Chigier's experience formula, got the laws that the longest length of potential flow's core area is minishing gradually by experience parameters augmentting and the speed of single-hole nozzle axis is attenuatting by distance augmentting.
