Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic is an excellent general-purpose used universal thermoplastic. The yield is the second large, and only behind the polyethylene, but PVC resin shows the defects of brittleness and poor thermal stability in the application, it's easy to fracture when impacted. It was found that Acrylic impact modifier (AIM), KM355, CPE can improve impact resistance and weather-resistance of PVC resins effectively. To predict the long-term creep behavior is very important because of the widely use of PVC composite.In this paper, the study had been researching on short-term creep performance through composite of the AIM/PVC, KM355/PVC, CPE/PVC, it was found that the equation of Findely was applied to simulate the creep behavior of PVC/AIM at room temperature as well as suitable for the creep behavior of the KM355/PVC, CPE/PVC's composite at room temperature and under high temperature. Therefore, we can predict the creep behavior of AIM/PVC, KM355/PVC, CPE/PVC's composite up to 1.5 years, using the equation of Findely. Meanwhile, the creep behavior of the KM355/PVC's composite was up to 492 days with Time-temperature superposition principle, and PVC/CPE's composite was up to 50 hours.The prediction showed that the cross-linking agent in impacted modifiers of AIM had greater impaction for PVC/AIM PVC/AIM' composite,under the condition of constant external force was 2N, temperatures was 25℃, which content of composite in the creep deformation of 1.5 years. The more AIM impact modifiers content of cross-linking agent, the more effect on AIM impact modifiers. It had a good deformation resistance effect of AIM to PVC/AIM's composite with of the cross-linking agent in 1.5%.The creep deformation and temperature owned greatly relationships under the condition of constant external force 9N, temperature was 25℃,30℃,40℃, had the best effect for composite PVC/KM355'composite amongl.5years.It appeared that the PVC/KM355'composite was more relative creep deformation with the temperature at 40℃, was relatively large. PVC/ CPE'composite under the condition of constant external force 9N, temperature's 25℃,30℃, 40℃, which had a great relationship creep deformation and temperature among 1.5 years. The temperature at 40℃, PVC/CPE's composite creep deformation was relatively large.
