In recent years, ferrocence derivatives and 1,3,4-thiadiazole heterocyclic compounds, which has unique properties and higher application value, get more and more attention of scientists. There were many reports on the synthesis and application of ferrocence derivatives and 1,3,4-thiadiazole heterocyclic compounds respectively, whereas few on the introducing ferroence group into 1,3,4-thiadiazole compounds. Therefore, in order to make the family of 1,3,4-thiadiazole compounds become more complete and look for 1,3,4-thiadiazole heterocyclic compouds containing ferrocence group with biological activities, a series of new compounds of different substituent groups were synthesized and their bioactivities were tested. Through screening, it was expected to obtain efficient, low-toxic and high selective pesticides.In this thesis, twenty kinds of schiff bases were synthesized by the reaction of formyl-ferrocence and 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles, and twenty kinds of ferroence amine compouds were obtained by reduction of potassium borohydrid, the structures of target compounds were characterized by the methods of HNMR, IR, melting point determination and element analysis etc.The results indicated that the target compounds were identical with the initial forecasting. Finally, bioactivities of the compounds synthesized were tested. It was found that most compounds have good auxin activity, and some compounds have good cytokinins activity.
