Stability Of Neural Network-based Coal Roadway

There are many factors that influence the stability of the mining roadway surrounding rock, and it exhibits a complicated nonlinear relationship between these factors and the stability of the mining roadway surrounding rock. It is very difficult to approach this relationship using the traditional mathematics method such as clustering. The artificial neural networks provides us a new theoretical method on the stability of the roadway surrounding rock.The neural networks is a collateral and nonlinear system that simulates the information processing method of the human brain, and has strong ability of self-study and self-adaption. The BP neural networks is a multilayer feedforward network, has powerful recognition and classifying ability to the external input samples which can perfectly solve the problem on apporching to nonlinear curve, has great predominance in solving the problems which are nonlinear, unsure and much information. To establish neural network model, you must have rich program experiences, which hampers the development of neural networks. MATLAB provide abundant neural networks functions, which are advantageous to establish the model of fact problem.In this paper, I analysis factors that influence the stability of the mining roadway surrounding rock, select eleven classifying factors, study BP neural networks arithmetic and the arithmetic improving problem,, establish the BP neural networks model by using MATLAB, make scientific classifying recognition and prediction on the stability of the mining roadway surrounding rock, provide the theoretical reference which to design the anchor shank sporting scientifically.
