This thesis is mainly composed of four sections:Firstly, EGCG-molecularly imprinted polymer(E-MIP) was synthesized by modifying chitosan. Infuences of different factors(eg:the ratio of the mass of monomer and the mass of template molecular, the mass of cross-linking agent, the conditions of cleaning template molecular) on the preparation of E-MIP were discussed, and the optimal sythesis conditions were determined. The E-MIP was characterized by FTIR and SEM.Secondly, the selective adsorption performance of EGCG to E-MIP was tested. The factors(adsorption time,pH value, concentrations of EGCG) that influence the adsorption ability were explored. The results indicated that the performance of adsorption of EGCG to E-MIP is the best under the conditions as followings:concentration of EGCG 30mg/L, pH value 5.5, optimal time 2.5h. the adsorbing quantity every unit is 3.8448~4.0153mg/g.Thirdly, desorption of EGCG from E-MIP was reserached. Factors that influence the desoiption factors(kinds of eluants, pH value of eluant, desorption time) were explored. The results indicated that desorption rate can exceed 80% if methanol selected as eluant, pH value is 7.0 and desorption time is 3.5h,.Last, the repeated using of E-MIP was discussed. The results indicated that the effective using times of E-MIP is 7, and can reach 16 after treatment by actonitrile. E-MIP can be well preserved through putting it into desiccator after baking till constant weight at temperture 40℃.
