Multi-fan Multi-level Station Ventilator Management Information Systems Research And Development

Ventilation system acts as an important role in the mining safety production, while the reliability of the ventilation system relates to the mining safety and sustainable production. Multi-stage fan station is a new type of ventilation popular in recent years, which has a small air leak, high efficiency fans, and low power consumption, and is a promising ventilation method worthy of promoting. Multi-stage fan station in the mining ventilation system is the establishment of a number of fan stations, relaying from ground by the fresh airflow into the underground mine sites, while polluted air through the same stages from wind-returning roadway to the ground surface. Each station is made up of no less than one fan, generally about 1-4. So the fan has been regarded of an important device, whether or not its working well decides the normal operation of the underground working environment. To improve the security of multi-stage fan station ventilation system, to further improve management level of multi-stage fan station, are important methods to promote automation, scientific, information technology of mine management.At first, this article discusses the characteristics of multi-stage fan station, and analyzes the status of domestic equipment management, and ventilator management concept on the basis of modern equipment management. According to the system needs analysis, it establishes four modules such as foundation document management, fan inspection management, fan lubrication management, fan fault management. It also summarizes basic management theories of each module and achieves the fan information management in the theoretical basis.The system in this paper is developed by PB9.0, to choose SQL Server2000 as the background database, based on C/S (Client/Server) mode, which has a strong function of checking information, and has many advantages such as user-friendly, high-timeliness. Multi-stage fan station information management system has changed the situation of incomplete and fuzzy information for a long period by hand operation, which makes query and adjunction operation convenient for the relevant staff, and reduces greatly the work of ventilation management staff, and avoids duplication of data entry and errors in entry, to improve the fan management level and fan management efficiency of the overall multi-stage fan station.
