The study of anaerobic dynamics on simulated wastewater and the actual retting flax wastewater by designing USAB domestication and wastewater treatment system was carried out in the thesis. Also by adding vector culture granular sludge and treating retting flax wastewater under medium temperature, this thesis had an aimed experimental study on both the starting and the operating characteristics of USAB as well as set up gas dynamic model,substrate degradation kinetics model and biodegradation kinetics model about treatment flax retting wastewater in the UASB reactor.The study of anaerobic dynamics on both simulated wastewater was carried out, which had glucose as its main carbon source, and the actual retting flax wastewater. Under the temperature of 35℃, in order to get a retting flax wastewater-suited condition, the experiment had taken the following steps. Firstly, regulating the pH value of the input retting flax wastewater to 7.0±0.2. Secondly, having a daily input water quantity of 16L, with continuous water input operation mode. Thirdly, observing the output COD concentration, COD remove rate and VFA. Fourthly, improving the input load retting flax wastewater stage by stage. And finally, adopting the mode of combining synthetic wastewater staring system together with the retting flax wastewater follow-up operating system.The result showed that, in the initial startup verification experiment, an apparent result could be got when sludge granulation was fasted by adding inert core. When there was granulated sludge in 13d, it can fill up the reactor in 25d and finish the initial starting. The quantity of treated synthetic wastewater was upgraded from 1000mg/L to 8000mg/L. The remove rate of output COD was above 90% and of VFA was below 500mg/L. The formula of starting dynamics was K2=1/θ·1/((1/η)-1), which served as a theoretical base for the following experiment. A retting flax wastewater-suited condition was got by using the initially starting granulated sludge as the starting sludge in the following experiments, with continuous water input operation mode, and by improving the input load retting flax wastewater stage by stage after the observation of the COD concentration,COD remove rate and VFA.When the remove rate of COD was steady and above 80%,gas was produced favorably and the reactor worked stably.Through experiments and theoretical studies:The formula of gas-producing dynamics for UASB to treat retting flax wastewater in the reactor was G=(Q(Si-Se)(4.78×10(-4)Se-0.0124))/2.54Se.By data col lect ing and analyzing the formula of the gas dynamic model Y=-1-189.7005Q(Si-Se)+307.9036[Q(Si-Se)]2 was got.After the experiment,by establishing the substrate degradation dynamics model for UASB to treat retting flax wastewater(1/v=(t·Xb)/(Si-Se)=(Ks/v(max)·(1/Se)+(1/(v(max)),the import dynamics parameters Ks=232.423mgCOD/L and v(max)=0.24444d-1 were got. By establishing the degradation dynamics model for UASB to treat retting flax wastewater microbiology(μ=YgUs-Kd), the dynamics parameters Kd=0.042d-1 and Yg=0.5905 kgVSS/kgCOD were got.
