In the second part,it is talked about three additions'effect on four surfactant solutions,the last part is the application research.In the first part, the results show that the MSO4 promote the growth of malassezia, and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) at 0.001mol·L-1; The MIC of Dictamnus dasycarpus,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Ginger,Uberfleeceflower,Coptis Chinensis,Angelica Sinensis and Fructus Viticis respectively are:0.25,0.25,0.125,0.25,0.03125,0.0078125,0.0625g·mL-1, when more than 0.3 mol·L-1 of NaCl, there are not Fecal Coliform, Staphylococcus Aureus and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, and The average total bacterial count should be maintained complying with national standards..Through this part, three types of Bath and shower Cosmetics Additive are selected out,they are MSO4 which has very strong inhibition to malassezia, NaCl whose fuction is salt Health Care and preservative activity, and the Chinese Herbal Medicine with the effects of skin care and hair care and germinal.In the second part,we discover that the optimum mole ratio of the four surfactants'compounded system including AES/1831,AES/CAB,AES/APG and AES/1831/CAB/APG (AES/Xi) respectively are 5:1,1:1,3:1and 6:0.6:3:1; MSO4,NaCl and Chinese Herbal Medicine have less influence on the CMC and ycmc of the four compounded system when they are kept at 0.001-0.005mol·L-1,0.1-0.5mol·L-1,and 1%-3%, CMC and ycmc are all keeping in a narrow range.The△G of AES/Xi is all below zero,which is called spontaneous in thermdynamics, both the system'initial adsorption and late adsorption are well accordance with diffusion-controlled, the middle adsorption is mixed dynamic controlled process;The three additives have complicated influence on the conductivity and viscosity of the four compounded system, it is related to the microstructure of their micell, the mechanism is required to furter reseach.In the application research, the foam's foamability of the four compounded system is a direct proportion to the decreased capacity of the surface tension, the three additives can strengthen the foam foamability and foaming stability, meanwhile, the way of the foam decay isn't changed, in the regression equation of foam decay,A1,A2,X0,dx can seen as the characteristic constants of foam decay in the different systems of the surfactants; The emulsifying ability of the four compounded system can be enhanced by MSO4,NaCl,Chinese Herbal Medicine in different extent; The equation of the emulsifying temperature andγCMC in the AES/Xi system is:γCMC=-6.72183x106 +108028.88241xT-693.90043xT2+2.22673xT3-0.00357×T4+2.28734x10-6×T5, there are two optimal emulsifying temperatures in the system,61.3℃and 30℃. |
