With the deep research at home and abroad, enrichment and tolerance to heavy metal of Hyacinth had got more and more attention. Rapidly propagated is one major characteristic of Hyacinth., and the Hyacinth are free-floating and has a high biomass. These characteristics make Hyacinth could largely remove heavy metal without secondary pollution. Dian have been polluted seriously by arsenic and other heavy metals. It is an effective method that through "madness growing" Hyacinth to enrich and remove heavy metals in Dianchi. So our study on conformations of arsenic and other heavy metals enriched in Hyacinth can provide a certain theoretical basis for further research on purification of eutrophic water body.By experiment, we obtained the concentration and conformations of heavy metal ions (As) enriched in Hyacinth. The Hyacinth, collected from Dianchi, was inoculated in 1.0 mg/L(As) solution, then sequentially extracted from the root, stem and leaf with 80% ethanol, deionized water,1 mol/L NaCl (sodium chloride solution),2% Acetic Acid,0.6 mol/L HCl (Hydrochloride). The digestion solution of the extraction and residues were used for measuring the enrichment amount of arsenic in the different parts of Hyacinth by ICP-MS, and analyzing the molecular formulas by HPLC-MS.The experimental results show that arsenic had different enrichment conformations in Hyacinth. The conformations of arsenic are 130 above. By using Ultraviolet Spectrum Analysis, we concluded that enrichment conformations of arsenic in Hyacinth were mainly exist in the forms of polysaccharid, benzoquinone, naphthoquinone, enol, phenyl and hydroxy. Chelates of heavy metals enriched in Hyacinth contain small molecular substances such as oxalic acid, histidine, malic acid, citric acid, Glutathione and macromolecule substances such as metallothionein, foliage Complex, metallic, albumen. We concluded three pointsâ‘ There is arsenic enrichment in the root, stem and leaf of Hyacinth. Enrichment amount did not descend with Sequential Extraction. It demonstrated the enrichment conformations are different. At the same time, it provided the basis for the next analysis of HPLC-MS and Ultraviolet Spectrum Analysis.â‘¡HPLC-MS and Ultraviolet Spectrum Analysis show that arsenic has different enrichment conformations in Hyacinth. Study of enrichment conformations can provide a certain theoretical basis for enriched and removed arsenic in eutrophic water. |
