Rock blasting is an important tache in dealing with governing the West Slope emergency relief in Bu ZhaoBa open mine. The quality of blasting can show not only the exact degree on design parameters or the methods of blasting, but also influence the following work, such as excavate equipment, transportation and total economic allowance. It is the key point on the blasting effect that we used the optimal blasting designs and the effective implements in different conditions. A lot of studies on theories and long times' experiences showed that although the differences under the blasting environments of actual engineering brought different blasting effects which had internal relationship between the homologous parameters of blasting, the capability of dynamite, the property of the rock and so on. However how to understand and describe this connotative rule, finish accumulating and enhancing the blasting experiences are the most important tasks that the blasting job must face.This thesis combined《The design of blasting project on dealing with governing the West Slope emergency relief in Bu ZhaoBa open mine and the studies on key point》to understand and analyze the actuality of slippage and transfiguration at Bu ZhaoBa open mine, then investigated there and collected relative geological materials about West Slope. After that we did 40 times blasting tests which based on all these things to finish the inchoative optimization.(The process of testing was the process of governing)The relationships between the restricted conditions of blasting design and the effect of blasting which are difficult to express by simple math formula are various factors and objects. But these factors have nonlinear associations with blasting effects widely. So we can use their associations between input and output to understand and make a direction on practices. In recent years many scholars in and out-country have found the nonlinear associations between input and output by using artificial neural net successfully.The thesis analyzed and neatened the data which came from the blasting parameter optimizations on dealing with governing West Slope emergency relief at Bu ZhaoBa open mine and established the models of prospective blasting effect and blasting parameter optimizations by using BP artificial neural net. The model of prospective blasting effect can make the ideal blasting effect come true, so the workers can forecast the specific value by setting blasting parameters such as bulk yield, forward and backward setting distance, flanker distance, uplift amplitude, the rate of excavator shoveling. The model of blasting parameter optimization can also optimize the parameters though setting the blasting effect in advance to get specific value such as hole placing, grille space, the stemming height, and unit explosive consumption.All of these can be used as wide as possible.
