This article made of white copper B15 alloy for the study and research on B and the organization of RE additives to foundry B15 white copper alloy and mechanical properties of impact, By two additive metamorphic process in temperature after 10 min,30 min,60 min,180 Min and 120 Min heat preservation research on B and RE-to-casting B15 the effect of white copper alloy microstructure refinement of recession; By synthetic seawater static corrosion test and electro-chemical corrosion testing Study on Effect of Different additives on B15 alloy corrosion. And by XRD phase analysis and theoretical derivation to the two had a certain discussion on Mechanism of additive. The results showed that both B and RE additives on as-cast Microstructure of casting B15 white copper alloy have obviously thinning effect, to a large extent, Improve the mechanical properties of materials. B after the modification, B15 white copper alloy tensile strength and elongation and micro-hardness by 294 MPa respectively,8 and 107HV, up to a maximum of 328 MPa,33.5 and 124HV; RE alloy after the modification for Tensile Strength and Elongation and micro-hardness by 294 MPa respectively,8 and 107HV, up to a maximum of 340 MPa,30 and 128HV. Two-modification on alloy mechanical properties of improving the quantity difference; B optimum addition of about 0.005, optimum adding amount is about 0.05 of the RE.Joining B and RE additives in modification of temperature insulation and heat preservation time of 10 min,30 min;60 min,120 Min and 180Min time. B and RE fining treatment of white copper alloy modification effect in 10 Min best, 30 min still better the modification effect, crystal clear Gross after more than an hour, thinning effect of a recession.Synthetic seawater corrosion experiment, adding B both refiners to reduce and RE B15 mass loss rate of white copper alloy in artificial seawater, can improve corrosion resistance of alloy. Mass loss rate of joining the B alloy after modification by 12.13 g×10-6/cm2h reduce to a minimum of 8.38 g×10-6/cm2h. After joining the RE modification of alloy mass loss rate dropped from 12.13 g X 10-6/cm2h least 7.65 g×10-6/cm2h. Compared respectively, RE better able to improve corrosion resistance of B15 alloy; On the electrochemical corrosion testing, after joining the B and RE alloy cathode and anode vs. Antonio Tarver obvious increase, Corrosion current density marked decreases, This shows that the B and improvement of the RE are well positioned B15 white copper alloy electrochemical corrosion characteristics.
