Betti Number Of The Local Standard 2-torus Manifold

In this paper we study the relationship between the locally standard 2-torus manifold and the orbit space, and give the relationship among the betti number of locally standard 2-torus manifold, the betti number of the orbit space and h-vector of the orbit space in a special case.
