The Brassinosteroid Sterol Signaling Pathway In Bki1 Interaction Screening Of Protein

Brassinosteroids (BRs) is the sixth plant hormone, which plays an important role in plant development. In 1979, the chemical nature of BRs is discovered. And ever since then, the researches of this field blossom. BR signaling pathway now is one of the best-learned pathways in plant hormone pathways. Our research bases on the result of paper published in Science of 2006 that an upstream component, BKI1,is discovered. In this paper, we use Yeast Two Hybrid System (Y2H) to screen the interacting protein of BKI1,and finally find AT2G06010. By studying its genetic and physiological information, we could get a more prominent view how BR pathway works.
