Full-Field Optical Coherence Tomography (FFOCT) is improved from the traditional Optical Coherence Tomography. The system is based on a Linnik-type interferometer illuminated by a tungsten halogen lamp. The interference signal is achieved in parallel on a CCD. Compare to the OCT, It avoid to the need for transverse scanning. The features of the FFOCT is high-resolution, the simple of the structure, high mechanical stability and so on.In this thesis, we discuss the principle and parameters of the FFOCT system. First, we introduce the Biomedical imaging technology in recent decades. Second, we analyse the parameters of the FFOCT: the transverse resolution, the axial resolution, the detection sensitivity, the imaging time and the detection depth. Third, we introduce the component of the experimental:the lighting system, the interference system, the image acquisition system. We also indicate the attentions when we carry out experiments. At last, we introduce some proper methods for the signal extraction and processing of the FFOCT system.
