In this paper, the transition metals doped ZnO Crystals were synthesized by hydrothermal method.The metal-salts were mixed into precursor materials (Zn (OH)2) with higher mineralizer concentration. Keep constant temperature at 430℃for 24h,then the mental ion doped ZnO Crystals were fabricated.The results show that the Mn-doped ZnO crystals appear hexangular prisms and the appearance is the standard shape of undoped ZnO Crystals.The Mn-doped or Mn and other ions co-doped ZnO Crystals are antiferromagnetism by SQUID.The content of Mn ion in the sample crystals was surveyed with X-ray energy spectrum;we found that the content t of Mn ion in the sample crystals was changed with the concentration of Mn-dopedThe shape of Co-doped or Fe-doped ZnO is standard hexangular prism.When the precursor material was doped by other ions(Sn.In), the rate of growth along c-axic was slow. The obtained ZnO crystals can expose more area on the positive polar face,and the doped ZnO appeared hexangular sheet. The magnetic research found that Co-doped ZnO crystal shows paramagnetism and weak ferromagnetism.The M-T curves of Fe-doped and other ions(Cu,Sn,In) co-doped ZnO crystal are different. Doped ZnO crystals show weak ferromagnetism.The dope of Cu-ion has a effect on the magnetism of Fe-doped ZnO.The magnetism of doped ZnO crystal has a little change with the temperature.The samples of Co-doped and Fe-doped ZnO Crystals were separated by magnets. Non-magnetic, weak magnetic and strong magnetic samples were separated from the doped ZnO crystals, respectively. The color and the morphology of separated samples are different. The source of the strong magnetic samples of Co-doped ZnO crystals is from Co by XRD analysis.The Fe3O4 spinel causes the magnetism of strong magnetic sample of Fe-doped ZnO Crystals.
