With the increasing energy demand and development of oil exploration , unconventional oil exploration become very important. Fractured reservoir belongs to this type of unconventional oil reservoir types. Despite the fractured reservoir has many years of development history in the world, because of the strong non-uniform pore system of fractured reservoir and mining is very difficult, the current oil and gas production rate of natural decline in more than 25%.Faced with the complexity of the cracks and holes in the system, we can not use a mathematical formula to describe the cracks and holes that distribute very random in the three-dimensional space. In order to improve the development of fractured reservoir effect and increase the oil recovery, development and establishment a fractured reservoir simulation device has a considerable research value.Firstly, the article has a deep research of fractured reservoir, explaining the concept of fractured unit, forming a classification of fractured unit. At the same time, it studies the fluid flow of fractured reservoir in depth and establishes the 'cave - cracks - matrix' triple mathematical model of coupled porous media, the cracks - multiple caverns medium flow mathematical model and the 'crack - cave - well' viscous -elastic model.Secondly, it completes a physical simulation of fractured reservoir test program selection and design, drawing the flow chart diagram and basic structure. It also designs the elliptical sphere, small sphere, the flange in detail. Then it uses the shell theory and pressure vessel design theory to check those strength. At the same time, through the three basic characteristics of the cracks, that is crack density, crack orientation, crack open, the study design was tested.Finally, it uses the finite element method to analysis the stress of ellipsoid spherical and small spherical, optimizing the key components .At the same time, it increases a test system of the physical device simulation of fractured reservoirs. Using C + + Builder5.0 software data acquisition cards, sensors to complete data collection and analysis, through testing, the software runs entirely successful.
