With the development of the science and technology, many countries of the world pay more attention again to detect the Mars in these years.As our neighbor,many characteristics of the Mars are similar with our earth, and there are too many mysteries puzzled us.To know more space environment of the Mars,the China National Space Administration and the Russian Federal Space Agency reached a cooperation plan about the Mars exploration.In the plan China research the YH-1 Mars detector to explore the space environment of the Mars.As a part of the detector the YH-1 plasma detection kits will make an important contribution to study the space plasma of Mars.In this thesis I discuss the space environment of Mars and the detection technology.And then giving the design method,the structure and the performances of the YH-1 Plasma Detection Kits(YPDK).During the developing process of the YPDK,the Ground Inspection Device(GID) is one very important part.In this thesis I describe one design method of GID and introduce the principle. This GID contain two parts:The interface system of USB2.0 and the data transmission system.In the interface system, I introduce the basic knowledge,Hardware and Software design. In the transmission system I describe the logic design with the FPGA and the Hardware design.Especially I detail the design and implement in the FPGA.At the last giving the whole process of the GID and the result of its inspection.
