The high precision atomic frequency standards (cesium atomic, hydrogen atomic and so on), which can provide the precise and unify the signal of frequecy and time because it have the fine accuracy and the long-term stability performance, already were widespread applied in the experiment tasks about the manned space flight project, the missile and satellite launch, the electronic countermeasure ,etc. At present the method which moves ships verification, exist big flaw. Therefore it is vital significance that research the time frequency standard long-distance range calibration technology and method,carry out effectively the long-distance range calibration and verification to the time frequency standards.In order to establish the long-distance range calibration system which have broadly coverage and high accuracy,this article uses the method of GPS common-view to carry out the long-distance range calibration and the metrology verification of the main parameter for the frequency standard.The hardware system is built according to the actual request of the frequency standard at present,the special time transfer receiver and the independent-developed MTC-I common-view frequency calibration instrument are selected to realize the track of the multi-channel GPS satellite track and adjustment of the frequency.The TTRMonitor software realizes the collection of navigation and data processing and so on for the TTR6 time transfer receiver. The interface software of the MTC-I common-view frequency calibration instrument completes the data collection and data processing of multi-channel common-view. The toolbox of CVDPS common-view uses the Matlab platform which has formidable mathematics operation function and the advanced GUI design technology,furthermore the data processing of GPS common-view and the frequency adjustment of GPS are carried on according to the request of GGTTS. Thereby the long-distance range calibration service web-site is established,which can be used to publish the data of common-view,share the track schedule and exchange the technological.Then,the software system have the benefits of simple operating, perfect function,strong popularity and stability,it can be used to complete the test request successfully and at the same time it increases the test precision and efficiency greatly.The massive project technical research is carried out in this article, through the different methods and measurement principle to validate the system's practical application and the base length,and then on the base of its have the future researches of the data processing methods.The article Analyses the factors of influence system measuring accuracy and en the evaluation of system uncertainty is completed at last.The system provided one kind of solution for the present frequency standard long-distance range calibration and the metrology verification, the related department only must carry out the small revision then to be used, which has the strong promotion and the good economic efficiency.
