Eastern Inner Mongolia is located in the Northeast part of China. The area is one of the most typical areas in the world, with well-developed continental Mesozoic sediments, yielding abundant fossils. Most notable fossils from the area from the terrestrial Jurassic, especially Jiulongshan Formation of Middle Jurassic, where abundant insect fossils have been discovered, providing important evidence for the study of the origin and early evolution of insects. The taxonomic of Bittacidae fossils from Northeast China is studied in this paper.First of all, the researching history on Bittacidae is provided.Secondly, the morphology and biology are reviewed,Then the origin, evolution, phylogenesis and dispersion and migration of Bittacidae are discussed.Six genus with twelve species are description in this paper. The genera and species in the paper are listed as follows:Genera:Formosibittacus Li,Ren&Shih,2008;Jurahylobittacus Li,Ren & Shih,2008; Decoribittacus gen.nov.;Karattacus Novokshonovo 1997;Preanabittacus Novokshonov, 1993;Decoribittacus gen.nov.and Miribittacus gen.nov.Species:Formosibittacus macular Li,Ren&Shih,2008;Formosibittacus hypocyrtus,sp. nov.;Jurahylobittacus asticus Li,Ren & Shih,2008:Decoribittacus euneurus gen.et sp.nov; Decoribittacus stictus gen.et sp.nov;Decoribittacus quadrinervis gen.et sp.nov.;Karattacus longialatus sp.nov.;Preanabittacus simplex,sp.nov.;Miribittacus heteroneurus gen et sp. nov.;Miribittacus binervis gen et sp.nov..
