This paper studies the changes that are fargesia rhizomes,stems and leaves C/N ratio,K,Ca,Mg, Cu,Zn,Mn,ZT,GA3,IAA,ABA changes in fargesia flowering period,,attempt to explore flowering mechanism of fargesia and seek early warning,diagnostic indicators.The main results are as follows:1.In non-flowering region of the control group fargesia rhizomes stems and leaves of the C/N ratio were lower than the blossom region did not blossom fargesia.and slight flowering fargesia rhizomes stems leaves.in the flowering region fargesia rhizomes.Large flowering fargesia rhizomes stems C/N ratio is also higher than in non-flowering region of the control group fargesia rhizomes stems,showed that C/N ratio and fargesia closely related to blossom.;As a flowering region of did not flower,fargesia rhizomes stems and leaves C/N ratio has been significantly higher than those in non-flowering region of the control group fargesia rhizomes stems and leaves,。At this time two type fargesia rhizomes,Stem and leaves have not yet see that differences in patterns that,bamboo stems and leaves C / N ratio can be used as fargesia full flowering early's warning,diagnostic indicators.2 The low content of K,Mn,and the high content of Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu promote fargesia flowering; Fe has no significant relationship with flowering;Mg has effect when flower' primordium form.3 In non-flowering region of the control group fargesia rhizomes stems and leaves of GA3,CTK was lower than the IAA,ABA was higher than that in the region did not flowering fargesia,a small flowering,stems and leaves;Flowering in the region of large flowering fargesia rhizomes,stems GA3,CTK content higher than that of the IAA,ABA lower than in non-flowering region of the control group fargesia rhizomes,bamboo stems show GA3,CTK and the IAA,ABA content and fargesia flowering closely related,that is,low-IAA,ABA high content of GA3,CTK in promoting fargesia flowering,on the contrary,suppression fargesia flowering.As a flowering region of flowering fargesia rhizomes,,bamboo stems and leaves GA3,CTK content has been significantly higher than the IAA,ABA was significantly lower than in non-flowering region of the control group fargesia rhizomes,bamboo stems and leaves,and this When two fargesia rhizomes,bamboo stems and leaves have not yet see that differences in patterns that rhizomes stems and leaves GA3,CTK and the IAA,ABA fargesia in full bloom can be used as early warning,diagnostic indicators.
