GIS is a kind of information system which takes geographical data as the center,computer softerware and hardware as the platform,and spatial location related query as the motive.Along with the development of technology and economy,geographical infomatin and GIS are applied broad and broad,and they have entered business of government and enterprise.Along with the development of component GIS,GIS components based integration secondary developing became the leading developing mode,and it's merits have been recognized.Nevertheless,there are still disadvantages such as low level reuse,difficulty of extending caused by hard coding integration,no mechanism to support business process model.Low level reuse lead to large numbers of reduplicate jobs.GIS users often need to realize automatic process of business flow by application of some business models.On condition of no mechanism to support business process model,many repeated operations waste much time and waiting for man-machine interaction will reduce efficiency.Aimed at problems above,a secondary develop framework for GIS components based rapid secondary developing of GIS application with mechanism supporting business process model was put forward.Developing based on this framework,reuse of existing function modules in the form of plugins on a larger scale is able to reduce the workload of programming.At the same time,the plugin mechanism can enhance the extendible capacity of target application.Business model mechanism make it's possible for business processing flow to be modeled and business model based automatic processing of business processing flow.When develop GIS application based on this framework,according to the actual requirement of target system and the cost strategy,it's easy to use or replace all kinds of spatial data source,such as SDE data source stored in commercial DBMS,access data source stored in personal DBMS and shape file data source,etc.
