Laser shock loading dynamic high-pressure equation of state is the relationship of pressure, temperature and specific volume (or density) of thermodynamic equilibrium system. Advances in this field will lead to the developments in basic subjects, such as Laser optic, Plasma physics, thermodynamics, statistical physics, atomic and molecular physics, condensed matter physics, geophysics, astrophysics and so on. It is important for Laser inertial confinement fusion, material science, explosive mechanics, energy engineering, weapons physics, space technology, and other applied sciences. Calculating out Equation of state (EOS) from Hugoniot data and EOS computation for mixture are important in Inertial Confinement Fusion physics under Laser targeting. And they are discussed in this paper.Based on Hugoniot data and Gruneisen model, a new method is introduced to determine the EOS of solid material under laser shock loading dynamic high-pressure . Taking Au element for example, the computed EOS agrees well with that of Sesame EOS database, in the shock compression region. Therefore, EOS of solid material which is obtained by Hugoniot date and Gruneisen model is reasonable.Density-pressure iteration algorithm is proposed for EOS calculation of mixture, the constituents of which are assumed to be in temperature and pressure equilibrium. And this algorithm is implemented in a program. In order to verify this procedure, various kinds of mixtures of Deuterium-Tritium (DT) and Argon are analyzed. When pure DT doped with a little Argon, the computed EOS agrees well with that of pure DT. Similarly, the EOS of Argon with a little DT is in accordance with that of pure Argon too. These indicate the reliability of the program.
