Using Finite Local Ring Staggered Matrix Of Order 3 Constructing Association Scheme

In this paper, we take the set of all 3×3 alternate matrices over finite local ring Z/p^mZas the set of treatments, obtain an association scheme with m associate classes and whose parameters are also computed.(1) The number of treatments of the association scheme is computed.(2) The number of 3×3 alternate matrices being cogredient to the normal form over finite local ring Z/p^mZ is computed.(3) p_ij^k is computed.
