As the core of Urban Green Information System(UGIS), the quality of Data is the key of assurancing the policy correct, and the system function effective. In order to enhance the scientific of data, the method of green information extraction is studied and the evaluation criteria of data quality is established, which can improve the practicality of remote sensing resources and guarantee the accuracy and effectiveness of the system. This study have great economic value and academic significance.This article, based on information extraction and urban green data quality evaluation in two areas, conducted a study on the quality of data. By using object-oriented technology to extract urban green automatically, the method of improving the accuracy was studied, from the perspective of data collection for UGIS. By measuring the defect points and defect rate, the quality of green spatial data was evaluated and analyzed, from the data storage area to ensure data accuracy.(1) By using aerospace remote sensing images, object-oriented technology was used to extract green information automatically; Combined with the thematic map, the Landscaping coverage information was extracted; Based on field sampling and sampling visual interpretation, the accuracy of green information extraction was verified; The error was analyzed briefly.(2) The defect criteria of points green spatial-data was classified. Based on simple random sampling method to spot defects points, the quality of spatial data was evaluated and analyzed.(3) The defect criteria of area green spatial-data was classified. Based on stratified sampling method, the weighted points for the spatial data quality was evaluated and analyzed.(4) The defect classification of attribute-data was established. Based on the stratified sampling method, the defect rate was measured to evaluate and analysis the attributes of data quality.The study will provide a solid theoretical basis for urban resources survey, urban planning and urban development policy in the use of remote sensing images. It will afford the reference of the scientific standard for spatial data quality evaluation.
