Since the nuclear effects of the existence of atomic nuclei within the restraints of a nuclear free from nuclear structure function of the average structure function, is the internal elements of the nuclear momentum distribution is different from the shackles of a nuclear free internal elements momentum distributions and some elements of the momentum distribution function is obviously different from the nuclear effect. A-A nuclear Drell-Yan process of nuclear several different effects of different quality.According to the experiment data of nuclear Drell-Yan process, and the nuclear binding energy effect, the Variety of nuclear effect functions R_V~A (x_t) and R_S~A(x_t) on valence quark distributions and sea quark distributions is discussed. In this paper we present an improved nuclear density model . We have found the nuclear effect parameters'formula R_V~A (x,Q~2) and R_S~A (x,Q~2) for thevalence quark distribution and sea quark distribution in the nucleus , in which we have usedthe relation between the nuclear density and the mean binding energy in nucleus. By using the model , we can well explain theexperimental data of the of Drell- Yan process in P-A and experimental data of the averaged nucleon structure function ratio of DIS process in l-A are well explained.
