The Cournot Model For Further Studies

This paper make some generalization about classical Cournot Model and analysis the Cournot Model under nonliear cost function. It consists of three chapters.The first chapter investigate the equilibruim solutions existence and stability of Cournot Model under nonliear cost function. Then we give a special nonliear cost function—quadratic function. On this basis, we analysis and compare the static and dynamic Cournot Model, and get the results about First advantage and After advantage when the cost factor changed. At the same time, we get that the equilibruim solutions are stable through the related examples. Forthermore, we analysis the equilibruim solutions of generalized Cournot Model.The second chapter study the Evolutionary Stable Strategy of Cournot Model. First of all, we get that Nash equilibruim strategy is Evolutionary Stable Strategy when the cost function is linear; Then, we get that Cournot equilibruim solutions are when the cost function is nonlinear.The third chapter research promoted Cournot Model—Generalized Cournot Model and Multiobjective Cournot Model. First of all, we analysis the existence of Nash equilibruim solutions of Generalized Cournot Model when the yield strategy was constrained, and we get the Nash equilibruim solutions of the example. Furthermore, we give the weighted equilibruim solutions'concept of multiobjective Cournot Model, then analysis the solutions' existence and generic stability. And the reserch the generic stability of weighted equilibruim solutions ,which is divided into three parts: the objective function was changed, weight factor was changed and both of them were changed. At the last, we researth the K- equilibruim points and K(S)- equilibruim points of Multiobjective Cournot Model.
