Xiaojiang activity fault zone has a long-standing history of formation and development,its activity had induced very frequent seismicity and various geologic hazards. The study area is located in eastern of Kunming, which is capital of Yunnan Province, over 70% of the geological hazards distribute in the study area, and the most of geological hazards distribute along the Xiaojiang activity fault zone, and both are closely relation. The research of coupling relations on Xiaojiang activity fault zone and geological hazards is not ? only provide the certain geological scientific basis for the Kunming geological hazards forecast, which has the bigger practical significance, but also enrich the related question research theory and the method, which has a higher academic value.The paper is base on fully collect the predecessor's research results on Xiaojiang activity fault zone and extensive field investigation,and applies geology, geomorphology and other theories,and uses the remote sensing and the statistical method,and takes in the kunming section of Xiaojiang activity fault zone and the geological hazards of the region as the research object,through thoroughly analysis the basic characteristics of this fault,the regional geology survey and characteristics of geological hazard distributes in study area, systematically explains the kunming section of Xiaojiang activity fault zone and geological hazards coupling relations on space and time; By analyzing Xiaojiang activity fault zone impact on control condition of geological hazards, obtaining the coupling of Xiaojiang activity fault zone and geological hazards is inevitable,and both are Coupled with control. In this foundation, further analysis obtains the geological hazards in study areas results of approaches the coupling of the Earth's internal and external power. Finally, by analyzing thecoupling relations of region's typical geological hazards-Jiangjia village mud-rock flowand Xiaojiang activity fault zone, Verificated of the above conclusions. Mainly achieved the following results:(1) Taking the kunming section of Xiaojiang activity fault zone as study area, and integrating the dates of investigating regional geological hazards, and applying statistical analysis method,this paper summarizes and obtains the basic characteristic of study area's geological hazards ;(2) By summarizing the predecessor's scattered research results on Xiaojiang activity fault zone, investigating in the filed and consulting the information in the room, and integrating the basic characteristic of study area's geological hazards, this paper researchs on the Xiaojiang activity fault zone and geological hazards coupling relations on space and time, and Proposes①Geological hazards' vertical distributed rule under the new tectonic movement influence;②The belt-shaped distributed rule of geological hazards under Xiaojiang activity fault zone control; (3)The geological hazards and the earthquake have the certain association;(3) By analyzing Xiaojiang activity fault zone impacts on the regional landscape, the soil conditions, regional groundwater,and landscape conditions also affects regional rainfall distribution, this paper obtains the coupling of Xiaojiang activity fault zone and geological hazards is inevitable, but non- accidental, and both are Coupled with control. Further analysis shows that the geological hazards along the kunming section of Xiaojiang activity fault zone results of approaches the coupling function of the Earth's internal and external power, and internal power is the main power.
