Scientific Decision-making Test Methodology

This paper deals with the methodology of scientific decision inspection. First of all, in the introduction,the author expatiates on the connection between decision and scientific decision,scientific deciding and scientific decision inspecting,scientific decision inspecting and humankind cognition inspection. Secondly,based on the dissertation of the introduction,this paper discusses the proceeding methodology of scientific decision inspection in the angle of timing. This part investigates how the scientific decision inspection becomes more scientific,more normative and more logic. This part can be divided into three phases:the decision blueprint choose,the logical argumentation,the feedback and accommodation through practice. Thirdly,this paper dissertate systemic methodology of scientific decision inspection in the angle of together. This part investigates the inspecting system made up of many inspecting methods and means. As a inspecting system,it has the unique configuration and quality. The quality makes the systemic methodology of scientific decision inspection credible. Fourthly,two parts behind open out the method and process scientific decision inspection. Specially,they emphasize the necessary function of the subjective inspective method in the inspective procession. In this part,the subjective condition and the rule of scientific decision inspecting provide the method which can avoid subjective error and make the main body positive. All these insure the dependability of the inspecting result.
