With the rapid development of Internet network technology and of the depth studies in earthquake, our earthquake workers have accumulated a great deal of seismic monitoring data. And on this basis they have established a lot of solid earth model and digital earth simulation software for seismic research. However, these current earthquake scientific researches and internet applications are deployed in their respective bodies, and are unable to get an effectively sharing these resources for scientific research. Such as, LURR (LURR) model was deployed in earthquake science institute, the crustal dynamics analysis model software was deployed in the institute of crustal dynamics, the structure inversion model software was installed on the pc-cluster which is in the institute of geophysics and so on. Research personnel are also restricted by sections and management restrictions in the use of these seismic researches for studying and searching. Thus it's difficult to get these software resources conveniently and efficiently, and we can't get effect share and compare all of computing simulation and result. And this will bring the questions such as: the lower resource utilization rate and repeated investment construction. Besides, seismologic data sharing service system in the field of seismological research also becomes the impendency requirement of the seismic scientists. So, the building of seismic technology environment, seismic resource sharing and seismologic data sharing service system, network experiment environment, network super computing environment and so on, all of these have become the urgent questions in the seismic research.Network technology environments are defined by linking scientific research equipments, experimental base information systems, super computing information systems, scientific data information systems, scientific literature information systems, natural technological resource information systems, network technology information systems as a whole through high-speed information networks. It provides a seismologic data sharing service system that are large-scale, cross-boundary, interdisciplinary, real-time multimedia interactive, scientific research equipments and network computing resource sharing and comprehensive information technology network services. Therefore, it's necessary to promote the seismic network computing applications and seismologic data sharing service system building on the base of state next generation internet and china earthquake administration information network basic infrastructure; that's to say, by conforming seismic observation, experiment, large scientific instruments, seismic scientific data and seismic technology literature these technology basis resource with seismic information network, computing resource, building state seismic network technology environments serve for geosciences and solid geosciences, thus solve the matter of current seismic science and research.This article mainly studies the application method of integrating seismic network resource based on the network technology. With the project "network technology environments" in the state technology infrastructure building" which sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology, this article first analyses the matters that relate to seismic science and research and introduce the concept of network technology environments and seismic network technology environments and the development status at home and abroad. Then, the article introduces the structure of network technology and then particularly discusses the structure of seismic network technology environment and its characteristics and so on. Besides, the article discusses the service of data resource, include: the status and the designing and realization of the service.
