With the development of remote sensing technology, the study of the stereo geopositioning high resolution satellite CCD imagery becomes a hot topic of digital photogrammetry and the other fields. Wanting to use the remote sensing satellite image availably, the geometry model of sensors must be firstly built. And under the condition few control points, how to build up the revelant image model also has very important meaning. This paper firstly discusses theory and application on sensor collinearity geometry model of the satellite imagery of linear CCD push broom. The principles and technical methods of some popular math models which are used to process satellite CCD images are described and analyzed. Then, according to the physical imaging process, we developed the geometric collinearity equation of push broom sensor and the attitudes of sensor with the Kepler parameters of the satellite orbit. The result of the experiments tells us the universal image models are well done and steady-going. By testing the sensor models on a SPOT5 imagery, the validity of the strict orbital model has been verified. This model is very meaningful and good used.
