This thesis emphatically improves two kinds of images which have fallen the quality. First the author gives model based on four steps partial differential equation to solve the images which include many edges and detail information, and pay great attentions to the model algorithm and numerical analysis .Compare with other models, we can see this model has strong ability to remove the noise and also can maintain the detail and the edges information through the theoretical analysis and the experimental result. The author also give the further conclusions based on atmosphere transfer function to solve another kind of images, which mainly aims at the situation which the weather turbulence creates. We can see from the fundamental research and the experimental result, this model algorithm has the good effect and the practical value.
