Volcanic Reservoir Characteristics And Favorable Oil And Gas-rich Region Prediction

In this dissertation, beginning with the analyzing the geological features of the carbonic reservoir of volcanic rock , rock facies , rock characters , structure character and formation marks in shi-Xi oil field , Basing on this background, combinating well core data, convention well logging information and full bollholl Fomation micoresitivity Image, referring the achievement of volcanic rock in and out, putting the volcanic rock reservoir into four categories.During researching the specificity of reservoir of rock facies, rock characters, it can be founded that the distribution of volcanic rock in this area is very extensive. According to the well core which be drilled out, rock facies arm with continuity and correspondence very well. Specially appeared in shi 1 and shi 2. Basing on these results, bonding the feature of the rock facies and the lithologic characters around shi 1 and shi 2 .The rock facies of volcanic rock distribution in the area are founded, 3 rock facies units and 7 lithologic characters units .As far as the identification of rock facies and the lithologic characters in core wells, we may observe the rock core direct-viewing. However, for the non-core wells, making full of thinking complexity of the ingredient and the multiplicity of the structures of the volcanic rock .we thought a new method-multiparametes synthesis to identify the lithologic characters which need more logging curve lines to characterization. Although the features of volcanic rock, pore structures, fractures and the status of oil-bearing can be phanerosised on the logging curve lines, the correspondence of characters of logging curve lines and lithologic characters is very poor only by one or few logging curve lines. Which need using many logging curve lines to identify its characters from multi-aspects .The outcome are well by verification.In the procedure of researching the fractures, depending on the achievements of the rock facies and rock characters, primo-observation and description the core including identification and classification of the rock facies and rock characters, which can be make sure its qualitative and quantitative description of the fractures .for the non-core wells fractures' description and forecasting by the models which lies on the fruits of FMI, such as the parameters of fracture breath, fracture density,...
