The 21 century is a knowledge-economic era characteristic of creativity and application of knowledge。As an important means and carrier in educating students creative consciousness and practical ability, research-based learning is undoubtedly a hot spot, a difficult point and a sparking point in basic education reforming. It has higher demands on furture teachers. The cultivation of teacher is connected with normal education. How to strength creative quality of students and improve quality of high education,becomes a important question to solve quickly. Deepening teaching reform,entirely increasing the quality of normal student,especially researching-based learning ability, must be the theme of new century in normal education.Through interviewing and asking for transfer of records,the author investigated the status of researching-based learning in the middle school and in higher teacher,s college.On the basis of these,the author expatiated the necessity and feasibility of researching-based learning in the physics teaching of higher teacher,s college.The instructional design of researching-based learning is different from the instructional design of the tradition classroom teaching. So it is necessary and important to research on the instructional design of researching-based learning.In this paper,On theory,the author brought forward the physics Instructional Design Model of Researching-Based Learning,and made out three implementation projects on the physics subject in higher teacher,s college.On practice,the author conducted practical research of research-based learning on the course in 2005<4> and<5> students,obtained positive result.Our teaching experiment display that researching-based learning could expand the student,s individuality,...
