We have improved the apparatus which was used to measure the specific heat of matter according to relaxation method by adding temperature control system. The accuracy of the experiment has been improved and the experimental work has been easy to be done. We have made a new kind of tiny software from the LOTUS 122 software. The data caculation became very easy and clear.We have find the best experimental condition by measured the specific heat of standard sample—copper. we have also discussed the problems of the error. By improving the measurment method, the accuracy has been improved from 3% to 2% level.We have measured the copper samples with the mass of 117.8mg, 55mg and 21.7mg. The result was found to be fitted with the standard value. We have also measured the samples of High Tc Sc. YBa2Cu3O7-x(99mg) and GdBa2Cu3O7-x (39.3mg). The jump of the value of the specific heat has been observed.
