Leydig Cells And Germ Cells Of Sertoli Cell Nuclei Hole Number

Sertoli cell, Leydig cell and germ cell are major cells in mammal testis and they have close relations. Recent studies show there may be a correlation between Sertoli cellular nuclear pore number and Leydig cell or germ cell. For finding this, we treated rat with EDS for seven days to remove Leydig cells and get a series of data of single nuclear of Sertoli cell with immuno-fluorescent technique and confocal laser scanning microscopy. The data were processed and analyzed by software to detect the numbers and change of nuclear pores. Mice were treated with Busulfan for a month to remove the spermatogonial stem cells and data processed and analyzed as the same. The result shows, after treaded with EDS, rats' Leydig cells apoptosis and the nuclear pore number of Sertoli cell reduce (p<0.01).The Busulfan treated mice shows that there were only Sertoli cells in suminiferous tubule and the number of their nuclear pores should be detected further.
