With the development of high power microwave, more and more microwave- plasma nonlinear phenomena were discovered. All the new nonlinear phenomena affect the high power microwave device deeply. The output, bandwidth, and guide magnetic field and other parameters will be changed. But there The published theoretical studies, however, only dealt with the linear effects and neglected the microwave plasma interaction, so it is valuable to research the microwave plasma nonlinear interaction, especially in plasma filled waveguide.In this paper, a more rigorous theory which considers the microwave-plasma, therefore, is worked out, by combining the linear microwave plasma electronics and the theory of laser plasma nonlinear interaction. Some nonlinear phenomena are analyzed. The main results are as follows:1. The nonlinear theory of high power microwave propagation in plasma and the permittivity tensor of plasma in the high power microwave are deduced and analyzed.2. Deduce the expression the ponderomotive force. The self-consistent nonlinear equations are worked out. The propagation characters are discussed.3. Deduce the high power microwave's nonlinear wave equation in plasma filled waveguide. The harmonic generation and stimulated Raman scattering are discussed...
