The investigation of excited baryons is very important in understanding the internal structure of baryon and the strong interaction in the nonperturbative quantum chromodynamics (NPQCD) regime. However, there was not much progress on the baryon spectroscopy data since the late 1970's. Our present knowledge on excited baryons comes mostly from the partial wave analysis (PWA) of the πN and KN scattering data before 1980. There are many ambiguous issues in this field.Data analyses of hadrons DIS(deep inelastic scattering) experiments tell us that hadrons are composed of not only charged quarks but sea quarks and gluons. Though studying hadrons collision experi-ments,we find the 2-quark or 3-quark model can't explain structure of some hadrons.Based on QCD,there is strange hadron such as many-quark meson(qqqq) and baryon(qqqqq),6-quark state (qqqqqq),hadrid state(qqg) and glueball. Now, many reports about theoretical resonances have been explained as many-quark states. It is very difficult we tell a many-quark state from a molecle composed some mesons and baryons, because we havn't have enough hadron information to study. In this paper,we derive theθ production cross section in high energy proton-proton collisions in the relativistic framework through using effective hadronic couplings. Both the nucleon and N~*(1710) propagations are taken into account in the intermediate states. The one π and one ρ exchange mechanisms are considered and the commonly...
