The research on the electronic sand table based on the terrace of VRMap With the development of traditional electronic map, map databasetechnology, geographical electronic technology, electronic sand table has overcomed shortcomings of traditional sand table which is inconvenient and easily destroyed etc. According to the true three-dimension geographical information data, electronic sand table has succeeded in flying in real time, inquiring of the project, analysing of economic benefits. And it is breakthrough and innovative to traditional sand table from technological respects. To begin with, this text analyses change and development of the manufacturing technology of the sand table, and the current situation on domestic and international electronic sand table. According to every critical characteristic of Zhongyuan Oil Field, systematic design principle and user's requirement, the text designs a reasonable technical route, and chooses the VRMap2.3 software of Beijing Tuling Company, which can connect database, as the developing platform.Besides, this text has taken Zhongyuan Oil Field as an example and introduced the data processing, the data integrating, the three-dimension showing visually, and developing, etc in electronic sand table research in detail. Chapter five introduces particularly every function of the system. And finally, this text puts forward its own implementation method according to the Zhongyuan Oil Field electronic sand table data quality control. It is a overall summary of quality control in the making course of the electronic sand table. This electronic sand table of systems have already been used by the production unit at present, and it has achieved good results.
