Starting from the general theories of interaction between charged particles and atoms in materials, and on the basis of the proton model, a study about the physical process of interactions between a particles and atoms in PuO2 material is carried out in this paper. The main work in this paper touches upon the following aspects of research. It analyses transport theories and characters of a particle transport in materials, and derives a particles transport formulas and arithmetic of simulative calculation program. From a original medical program, a program is developed which is suitable for simulation of a particles transport in PuO2 material by Monte Carlo Method for numerical experiment. Associating (a,n) nuclear reaction with a particles transport, we get the result of neutron production in theory.Through this paper by simulating a particle transport by Monte Carlo method and evaluating the production of neutron in theory, the result will be valuable to study some problens in arm controls and in storage management of nuclear weapons.
