Positron Emission Tomography is a new nuclear imaging device. PET is able to obtain function imaging and dynamic studies, thus becomes one of the most specific and sensitive means for studying molecular pathways and molecular interactions in the living human body. In addition to that, PET is also a powerful diagnostic device for brain and heart diseases, and especially for tumors. Animal PET is a device for animal studying. It need higher spatial resolution and higher sanctity than human PET.In this paper, we studied using vary masteries as reflection for LYSO scintillator. The result shows that a kind of reflector paper which thickness is 0.1mm had good reflection coefficient and isolation. Matrix of scintillators make with it has good spatial resolution. So we decided to use it.Analog circuit of PET detector is made of current sensitive amplifier and second amplifier and gating integrator and leading edge timing circuit. The timing precision is 1ns. The Analog circuit' s noise is ±5mV.By testing ,the detector block intrinsic spatial resolution is about 0.9mm. Suit for our Animal PET .
