Electron-ion impact is a fundamental process in atomic physics. The cross section data of electron-ion impact have been widely used in various fields, such as fusion, x-ray laser, astrophysics and high temperature plasmas researches, etc. Especially in radiative opacity DTA model, when temperature and density go down to a certain low degree, electron-ion impact plays the most important role in energy width of ions. It is the key for radiative opacity DTA model to improve calculative accuracy, therefore electron-ion impact researches has been of great significance in engineering physics.By using a distorted-wave Born exchange approximation in averaged-atomic model, we calculated the direct excitation and direct ionization cross sections of several ions in plasmas. The ionization cross sections of ions at different temperature or different density are systematically studied. It is found that due to the shift of the energy levels produced by the effects of the temperature and the density of plasma, the ionization cross sections of ions in plasmas are rather different from free atoms.
