| The geographic information system, as the traditional discipline (for example geography, cartography and surveying and so on) is the product, which is combined with the modern science and technology (remote sensing technology, computer science and so on). Origins in the 20th century 60's, it, as related space data management, the spatial information analysis and its the dissemination's computer system, has already obtained the very great achievement in the development courses of more than 40 years, and widely applies in the land utilization, the resource management, the environmental monitoring, the transportation, the urban planning, the economic development as well as various functions department.The present paper work, aims at some questions discovered in the urban earthquake disaster during 95, the basic database of the urban earthquake disaster can't be updated in real time, synthetically using GIS spatial geometry inquiry, the buffer analysis, the spatial overlay analysis and the correlative database technology exploit some functional modules, at the same time constructs the urban earthquake disaster forecast information management system's C/S mode in the first time, and integrating the database long transaction technology, developed a set of the urban earthquake disaster forecast information management system. This system not only reveal the huge superiority, in the data revision, the data edition, the data storage, the data management, the data sharing aspects, but also implement three basic functions module in earthquake disaster forecast, One is the isoseismic line model, two is the urban disaster situation model, the other is the direct economic losses model of the building, and propose relevant arithmetic, thinking and procedure. Finally, the Taian city Shandon province urban data as the example, confirms this system the stability and the reliability. This system development kit is Chaotu geography information Technology Company's SuperMap Objects2.0, the program language is Visual Basic 6.0, and the database is Microsoft's SQL Server2000. Each chapter of content in this paper as follows:In this paper, the first chapter narrated the geographic information system outline, including Geographic Information System origin and development, and basic function, alsonarrated the spatial analysis and the model analysis definition. Because the system of this paper has been secondly developed, based on SuperMap Objects of Chaotu Company, this paper introduced Components GIS from the GIS software system development, the traditional GIS limitation, and the Components GIS characteristic three aspects. These chapters introduced GIS research background in the earthquake disaster domain home and the outside, take American FEMA Corporation's HADUS series as representative overseas, and take Yang yucheng, yin zhiqing and earthquake disaster forecast project during 95 as the model at home. Finally this chapter introduced the present paper content arrangement.In earthquake disaster forecast information management aspect, this article establish, for the first time, C/S pattern in the system structure. Finally, introduced the soft and hardware composition of this earthquake disaster forecast system by the graphical representation.This article inherited and used the long transaction technology of database. This still was for the first time at the earthquake disaster forecast information management aspect. The third chapter mainly elaborate database characteristic of earthquake disaster the forecast system, firstly introduced development course of the GIS space data, then introduced the spatial data memory way by this disaster information system. And induced the database characteristic of earthquake disaster forecast information system. And introduced transaction concept, introduced the long transaction technology's superiority at earthquake disaster forecast aspect by ordinary transaction and long transaction comparison. Finally described the interface, the function and the concrete realization of long transaction technology in earthquake disaster forecast information system.In fourth chapter, some practical function modules for convenient data edition of earthquake disaster is based on summary of earthquake disaster forecast project questions which were left behind the question during 95 and these reasons. Using Wang Suyun, Yu Yanxiang the intensity weaken relations which obtained after the statistical regression and the GIS space geometry inquiry and the space Boolean calculation, the system in this article formed the isoseismic line model by three methods (circular, ellipse, polygon).Then introduced the ellipse isoseismic line realization thinking, flow and method in detail, and solved the ellipse ring problem in the isoseismic line model. Finally, we have realized the isoseismic line revision method by editing the building. And proposed that substitution of intensity district model for isoseismic line model is suitable in earthquake disaster forecast work.We have established the city construction disaster situation module in Sixth chapter. Using spatial geometry inquiry, spatial overlay analysis technology and so on, we proposed solves the urban disaster situation GIS virtual indicator method, meanwhile considered the time complexity and space complexity in the algorithm aspect. And using Yin zhiqing Researcher's four kind of structures vulnerability matrix classification (A, B, C, and D), sketchily had estimated lose of city, which suffered disaster and wasn't made the seismic hazard analysis. And we may give earthquake at will in this system, and obtain the result of this city disaster situation and the statistical report form in the short time. Finally taking the basic building data of Taian city in Shandon province as the example, we confirmed this system stability and reliability.We constructed the building direct economic loss module in Seventh chapter. In disaster area of entire city, using SQL inquiry analysis of GIS, we calculated the direct economic loss of each kind of structure type separately, thought the forecast result of economy loss was conservative, and was not suitable for the practical work. Basing on the fact that the building of the serious destruction and the destruction can't be reuse again, we adjusted loss percent of the serious destruction and destruction building in the traditional computation economic loss method in to 100%, recomputated economic loss result, and compared this result with the result of traditional method (before adjustment), thought the result after adjustment conformed to the practical work requirement.In a word, this article the system of this article is a powerful tool to the earthquake... |
