First of all, a simple review of Pacific Warm Pool research is gived in this paper, while some questions is discussed.Based on NCEP/NCAR reanalyzed data, a composite analysis of East Asia atmospheric circulation in summer of abnormity years of the Western Pacific Warm Pool SST is made. Contrast with average of climate, the results show that a strong anticyclone deviation circulation occurs in the lower troposphere over the western Pacific Ocean along with positive SST anomalies of the warm pool, it go against the development of the westerly over the south of the South China Sea and the equatorial Pacific Ocean, the intensity of tropical summer monsoon is weaken; a deviation flow between the west of the South China Sea and the eastern part of the Indo-China peninsula turn around Chinese Mainland, partial souther is boosted up and the subtropical summer monsoon is stronger; in the middle and lower troposphere, the position of the ridge line of the western pacific subtropical high turn southward, approximately 400hPa is boundary, intensity of subtropical high in the lower troposphere gather head, whereas it is weaker in the higher troposphere, when SST anomalies of the warm pool is negative, situations are reverse basically, intensity or extent is weaker than the warm abnormity years. Otherwise, the ascending branch of the Walker circulation move westward largely in the warm abnormity years, it shift eastward in the cold abnormity years .Finally, based on JEDAC sea subsurface temperature data, a sea subsurface temperature ladder model is made, we apply the EOF technique to model and discuss the connection between ENSO cycle and the sea subsurface temperature ladder model, the results show that anterior two ponderances var is 42.58% .the first ponderance represent the model about Pacific Warm Pool-ENSO cycle configuration;the second ponderance represent the model about sea subsurface temperature abnormity in transmeridional configuration, in this model there are break and gradual change courses, ENSO cycle is affected by courses, a ENSO cycle period is about 41 months, a equation that prove primarily ENSO cycle indivisibility in the three-dimensional space is obtained,in this equation the first time coefficient of EOF ponderance is significant valuable for forecast of nino3 abnormity index.
