In this thesis, the combination analysis of radio and EUV data of solar burst is studied.Firstly, the primary observation results about solar radio emission and the development on high temporal and high spectral resolution observations as well as solar radio imaging observations were acquired. Then, an overview of the theory of radio emission mechanisms and the propagation of radio emission in solar coronal was done.Secondly, some methods in EUV research along with the results about the coronal loops and their interactions were reviewed. Then, the EUV telescope with the highest spatial and temporal resolution nowadays, TRACE(Transition Region And Coronal Explorer), and the methods in processing TRACE data were described in detail. At the end of this part, the most interesting things, the TRACE diagnostic capabilities, and some research about them were introduced. Finally, as a try of the combination analysis of radio and EUV burst, the flare event on Oct. 19, 2001 was analyzed. Also combining with the image data of NoRH (Nobeyama Radio Heliograph), we found that this radio burst consisted of two parts. The first one characterized by microwave broadband emission was due to the gyro-synchrotron emission of radio loop-foot source, which corresponded with the location of EUV loops foot. While the second part characterized by decimetric narrowband emission was due to a combination of plasma and gyro-synchrotron emission of radio loop-top sources, and the phases of this part were corresponded with the EUV radiation enhancements in time. In the further comparison, we also found some similarities between the profile of decimetric narrowband emission and the EUV light curve. So we concluded that the decimetric narrowband emission was due to the coronal loops interactions as the EUV enhancements were due to the coronal loops interactions that could be found in the images of TRACE. Considering the time scale, the long time scale of radio burst should be the integration of a few short time scale loop-interactions at different locations in different time, as the EUV behaviors that could also be found in those images. Finally, we proposed a scenario for this two-ribbon flare, in which we attributed both EUV enhancement and decimetircnarrowband burst to loop interactions in different loop systems generated by inverse "Y" type quick reconnection, and then we got a natural explanation for most of observation phenomena.
