The industrial detection is a very important point in the contemporary computer compositive manufacture system. And also it is an important means to guarantee and improve the production quality. The survey data is expressed in the format of CAD, which is needed by the industrial department. It has become the inevitable request of the developments of industrial products design, manufacturing, examination integration. This text systematically analyzed the survey data visualization and CAD comparison.This text firstly analyzed the characteristics of the familiar measuring system, and classifying. Aim at the data of the different source it expatiated the three-dimensional reconstruction method, Least-Square method ,NURBS method, Delaunays triangle anatomy. Using OpenGL language it realized entity three-dimensional manifestation and dynamic observation. It analyzed the IGES composing of general CAD data format. The program realized the document reads. And it resolved the comparison between survey data and CAD designed model. At last it introduced the Electronic Theodolite / Total Station instrument industry measuring system three-dimensional figure module Metroln/ G and visualized missile horizontal measurement appropriative software MissileMS exploitive instance.
