The numerical experiment on forcing dissipation and the condition of three waves quasi-resonance are carried out using global spectral model of quasi-geostrophic barotropic vorticity equation. For every experiments model integration is run for 90 days on heating response of no heat source , sea surface temperature during El Nino initial stages and El Nino autumn. The results are given as follow:(l)There is strong interaction among the three planetary waves and is quasi-two-week and intra-seasonal oscillation of them.(2) The Equatorial Indian Ocean makes more obviously from in February to in April, 1997.(3) The Equatorial Pacific does more in May, 1998 and from in February to in April,, 1992.(4) The western of the Equatorial Indian Ocean have the modulation more effects of atmospheric low-frequency oscillation than the eastern of that.(5) The order from strong to soft of modulation of atmospheric low-frequency oscillation in Nino region is the sequence of Nino3 region, Nino 1+2 region and Nino4 region.(6)The TDYX region of the first type of PIMI have the modulation more effects of atmospheric low-frequency oscillation than the YDTX region of the second type of PIMI.(7) It is proved that heating sea surface temperature of the East Equatorial Pacific make obviously modulation of shortening atmospheric low-frequency oscillation during El Nino and make obviously modulation of prolonging atmospheric low-frequency oscillation during La Nina.
