Rain anomaly of Changjiang-Huaihe River Basin (Jianghuai) in summer largely is because anomalies of macroscale circulation last. One of the causes as circulation anomaly is internally dynamic process and another is heat anomaly.Barotropic stream field largely represents the circulation brought by dynamic process. Composite and case analysises indicate that barotropic wind anomaly field makes for the blocking high near Okhotsk maintaining in the years of excessive rain in Jianghuai, whereas weaken pressure ridge near Okhotsk in the drought years of Jianghuai. Barotropic wind anomaly field resemble wind anomaly field at 500hPa because anomalous centers are same and values is close. Wind anomaly field at 500hPa is composed by barotropic component anomaly. So it is studied through Eliassen-Palm flux at 500hPa that the interaction between transient wave and the average airstream, which is a internally dynamic process, affects circulation anomalies. The study shows in the years of excessive rain of Jianghuai in summer the forcing actions of transient wave to the average airstream make anomaly patterns of wind field in favor of maintaining of the blocking high near Okhotsk and then southwardly transportation of cold air increase, the rainfall in jianghuai is excessive, whereas in the drought years of Jianghuai in summer the forcing actions of transient wave to the average airstream weaken pressure ridge near Okhotsk and southwardly transportation of cold air decrease, the rainfall in jianghuai is short. It is obvious that the interaction between transient wave and the average airstream have important function in the maintaining of circulation anomaly and transient wave affects largely rain anomaly of Jianghuai in summer.Baroclinic stream field reflects the heat circulation drove by asymmetric heat in atmosphere which largely is the difference between sea and continent It is studied through temperature anomaly averaged in the troposphere that heat action affects baroclinic anomaly of circulations in this paper. The composite analysis shows anomaly pattern of temperature averaged in the troposphere makes for rain of jianghuai in summer because it makes baroclinic anomaly component converging at low layer and diverging at high layer in the years of excessive rain in Jianghuai, whereas in the drought years of Jianghuai anomaly pattern of temperature averaged in the troposphere makes against rain of jianghuai in summer because it makes baroclinic anomaly component diverging at low layer and converging at high layer.The analysis of summer precipitation of 28 stations in Jianghuai and summer precipitation of 160 stations in China with summer temperature anomaly averaged in the troposphere over Eurasia is separately done using singular value decomposition for farther study in the relation of summer precipitation of Jianghuai with summer temperature anomaly averaged in the troposphere. The results are that summer precipitation from 116°E towards west of Jianghuai is positive correlation with summer temperature anomaly averaged in the troposphere around east- Asia and summerprecipitation from 116°E towards east of Jianghuai has correlation with summer temperature anomaly difference averaged in the troposphere between near east- Asia and Iran altiplano and at north-east Pacific Ocean. Summer precipitation from 116°E towards east of Jianghuai increases when the value of temperature anomaly difference between sea and mainland is positive, whereas decrease when the value is negative.The indexes of temperature averaged in the troposphere represent temperature anomaly distribution types averaged in the troposphere for the sake of the mechanism of temperature anomaly distribution types averaged in the troposphere to summer precipitation of Jianghuai. The composite analysis of anomaly stream field and baroclinic anomaly stream field in higher and lower years shows that summer precipitation from 116°E towards west of Jianghuai is largely affected by the circulation between Okhotsk and Baikal and temperature anomaly distribution averaged i...
