Basing on MicroStaion,digital mapping systems have got great use in digital map of many scales and got great praises.But all these systems were programmed for some mapping jobs.They could not be used for all requires.At the same time,the modules in the systems were not well use.So,basing on the techniques we've got,we will improve current systems.After researching over all the systems,we have some thoughts about the system's improving.1 .Because of current systems' pretinence,we ger a more common way to make the digital maps of all scales can be gathered, edited, updataed and published.2.According to current systems' pretinence,we make out the next work in improving the support to the datum and extending the datum we can support.3.According to the problems in map producing and the questions we received from the users, we make out the ways in improving the producing modules.4.The functions system furnished is the most improt standard in juding the system.In the improving of the digital mapping system,we improve current modules and add lots of modules to release the work of the operators.In the article,author introduces some of the modules.Basing on the contents above,we get a commonly use digital mapping system and make the system more universal and more useful and make the system get widely use.
